The implementation of Six Sigma in Automotive Lighting is being deployed as interaction between training, coaching, and problem solving. That means after 5 Days face to face training for the Green Belt Level, a theoretical test hast has to be performed in the end of the training, after that project work starts.

In 2016 a new standard Quality Organization has been defined in Magneti Marelli, including the creation of Quality Methods and Labs (QML) department, at Corporate Magneti Marelli level as well as at Business Line and Plant Level. On priority of QML is to provide support and training on advanced Quality Methods at plant level, to ensure application of Quality Management System and Customer Specific Requirements, and support the solution of complex Quality problems.
